I understand but i already sent our media drive to 50 different media , i aleady sent multiple faxes , i already sent many many emails but please advise me what more should i do to convince IV core that issues i have mentioned also effect many who are already IV members , i am requesting you to see Text of Webfax is added acoordingly ?

Hi everyone!
I just realized that USCIS has made a mistake in I-140 approval notice. My labor and I-140 application was for EB-3. However, my lawyer made a mistake in checking EB-2 box instead of EB-3 box in the I-140 application. All other description and details were for EB-3.
USCIS also sent an RFE to know whether the application is for EB-2 or EB-3. My lawyer promptly responded that it was an honest mistake and the application was for EB-3.
Just today I realized that despite our response to RFE, USCIS gave and approval notice of I-140 for EB-2 and not EB-3.
I don't know, if my lawyer has noticed this mistake yet. I want to apply for AOS now and don't want to draw my employer / lawyer attention to it as I don't know what their reaction will be.
Can any one please advice me if this will have any adverse implication down the line? I am concerned as the approval is inconsistent with the labor approval that was with the intention of filing under EB-3. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I have asked a few of my friends to call the list too. And I did another round of calling Tier 1 republicans only. It was pretty much the same response as the last time. I think that is their standard way of answering, - to sit on the fence.
Unless these issues are being discussed and called to vote, they will pander to whoever is talking. But, I think we still need to put continued pressure on them, hence the friends :)

3) but with the current openings, there will be a lot of cases between 2003-2004 enough to use up the numbers esp for india until the next several years.

I know many of friends who use IV as recourse for NEWS but they don't register nor contribute. Even after multiple reminders and sarcastic comments they don't. I feel pity for them, they don't understand by registering and contributing they help them self and others. Shouldn�t we make IV a monthly subscription web site? That way we will have only serious members.

There is no need for people to call USCIS. The PD date movement is based on demand. Even for a worst case scenario, USCIS should use 3300 visas for EB3-I. By Aug 2009, if they have only used 1000 visas, then DOS will move the PD for EB3-I by a couple of months.
Now my prediction. We will see PD current for all categories except for EB3-I/EB2-I/EB2-C in by August 2009. EB3-I would reach 2003 Jan. EB2-I and EB2-C will reach 2006 Jan.
I have no real basis for my prediction. Like Michael Crichton would say, no body can predict the future. We can only guess about what would happen in the future. Some of that guess is a calculated/informed guess; still it is just a guess.

Not sure about which bank would be good but whichever bank you choose make sure that they give you a statement of how much interest you paid over the year. Most people don't realize that you can deduct interest paid for a home loan in India is tax deductible in the US. Just FYI.

So if "by law" if they are required to utilize the quarterly quota by Dec 2009, how many estimated #s are we talking? Is the estimated spillover visas couple of hundred or 1000 or 10,000-15,000???

So in plain english: The answer could be as simple as "This quarter, which ends on Dec31, 2009, there could be .... visas available for spillover".
This might be unreasonable to expect but could be useful information...Whether spillover happens this quarter or not? thats a different story:confused:
