Apparently there is no support for this in neither StackPanel or WrapPanel. Does anyone know of a way to do this?

New numbers are out on H-1B usage and the past week showed a substantial pickup in usage with more than 1700 numbers counted against the cap of 65,000. 36,600 H-1Bs have been counted now. I'm moving my exhaustion projection date up about two weeks. My target is based on a rolling four week usage average so variations from week to week are discounted. Our son was out of the country when we filed our 485 on July 2nd. Now he returned to US, how shall we file his AOS? Form I-485 or anything else? Shall we include a copy of our filing inside?
In addition, the I140 was approved after we filed. And the principal applicant went out of the country and applied H1 visas and returned also.
Shall we include the updated information of the principal inside or just the copy of the original filing?

My I-94 extension (for L1B visa) was denied on Oct '08 and I returned in 4 days after they updated Denial status. Reason for denail is "lack of specialized knowledge". I am planning to apply for L1B again in next month (By showing additional certification). Can you please advice me
- is it fine to apply for visa again as it will be more then 6 months after it was denied
- Do I need to show the copy of denial notice during visa interview? Is there any thread available providing suggestions for those applying for visa again after it was denied earlier...

My current AP expires on July 30, 2008. I am planning to apply for renewal in Jan or Feb 2008, which is 6 months prior to expiration. I understand that nowadays it takes more than 3 months for approval.
In case of emergency, Can I travel to India with my current AP while AP renewal petition is pending?.

Call me insanely confused idiot, but here is a thing:
I work for a major MNC (of course pays me 15% less than I should be making). My boss is also leaving the company. At the same time, I am getting an offer from another local (small) company, better position and pay. My GC is pending PD Jul-05/EB2 India from MNC. Should I leave at the 11th hour?

When one graduates from University is he/she eligible to still work for the University while waiting for the OPT?

I was watching CNN and all of a sudden there was this ad by http://www.american***ker.org( I dont want to advt for them):mad:
May be this msg is old, but I saw this for the first time today and it left a bad taste in my mouth.
What was sad about the whole thing was that the message was so misleading that even the average Joe out there would blindly believe this msg. The antis clearly hid the facts and rode heavily on the unemployment wagon, eventually blaming foreign workers for all their misery.
Oh God save legal immigrants!!!

Hi, i have filed I-140 3 months back and it is still in process. Am I able to file I-485 in parallel to the I-140 now.
